Y5 Zoom session next week - a bit of cooking

    To the parents of
James W, Rahim, Ta’Leigha, Olivia M, Eashan, Charlotte, Arjun, Katie, Syum, Naina, Aidan, Maia, James L, Olivia T, Sam and Nieve

Our Zoom session next week will be a baking session. The children will need to prepare the following ingredients before the Zoom session starts and have access to a microwave. I would be grateful if an adult could help with putting the cake into the microwave and taking it out again to avoid any accidents.

    The ingredients are:

    4 tablespoons Self Raising flour
    4 tablespoons caster sugar
    1 medium egg
    3 tablespoons cocoa powder
    3 tablespoons milk
    3 tablespoons sunflower oil
    Drop vanilla essence (optional)
    Chocolate chips/raisins/nuts (optional)
    A large mug

Many thanks in advance for your help with the session.

The day and time of your child’s session will remain the same.

    Best wishes

    Mrs Doogan

    Y6 Residential 2020-2021

Dear Y5 Parents and Carers, I have contacted Malvern Residential to request a change of date as we will not be able to take part in residential visits when we return in September. I am awaiting a new date for summer 2021, but this will be subject to government guidelines. I will let you know as soon as I hear from them. The payment schedule is suspended until we set a new date.
The Year 6 team appreciate how much the residential is enjoyed by pupils and we will endeavour to make sure it takes place for year 6 next year.
    Best regards
    Mrs A Unsworth (DHT)
